Sales, ICT and insolvency set to be the top sectors for raises and jobs in 2019

 

 

Job hunters have been told to brace for increasing volatility in 2019 with pay rises only for the most in-demand industries like sales, information and communications technology, and insolvency professionals.

One executive headhunter, Kylie Hammond, even borrowed the military phrase "VUCA" – which stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity – to describe the job market's prospects for 2019
